By creating an order on Cigarettes24.net you automatically agree with terms & conditions of our cigarette store and are bound to follow them.

Our products can be purchased only by adults. That is why one has to be over 18 years old to order cigarettes from our cigarettes store. Misrepresentation of your age can and will lead to fine and prosecution.

We are a retail store and we sell cigarettes only for the personal use. It is forbidden to resell our products.

Shipping address

Indication of the valid shipping address is crucially important for the successful delivery of the order. That is why we advise all of our clients to double-check their shipping address. In case there is an error or the indicated address is incomplete – one must immediately contact our customer support in order to update the information.

It is worth to remember that our first-time customers, who place their orders for over $300 need to confirm their order, by contacting our customer support via Live Chat, e-mail or ticketing system.

Quality of our products

We sell only high-quality European-made cigarettes, manufactured on official subsidiary branches of world-renown tobacco giants. All the products undergo strict control and quality-testing.

Cancellation of the order

One can cancel the order by contacting our customer support within 24 hours after the order is placed. In your message, please indicate order #, e-mail and full name. Failure to contact customer support within 24 hours will result in shipping of the order according to the standard algorithm of order processing.

Additional fees

Our company does not charge any additional fees. The total sum, indicated in the shopping cart is the final price.

Attention: Certain US banks charge a small fee of $1 or $2 for International Transaction Processing Fee for transaction processing. This sum is not charged by us and we cannot refund it.

Return Policy

All packages must be inspected upon reception. If you notice that something is wrong with your order you need to take a photo of the cigarettes you received and of the package they came in, so that we can see the label on it. You need to send these photos to our customer support, with the indication of your order #, e-mail, full name and the nature of your problem. Our customer support will contact you asap with a solution to the matter.

In case the order is in proper condition and delivered on time, but you do not need it anymore – please contact our customer support. You will be given an US address, where to return these cigarettes. You will have to ship cigarettes to the provided address and present the receipt from the postal service, where the tracking number of the package is indicated. In this situation we will not reimburse shipping cost as it is not our fault, but will make full refund of your funds as soon as the package is received.
